This website is operated by MinoRevive. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MinoRevive. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.

SECTION 1 - MEDICAL AND PRODUCT DISCLAIMER (CRITICAL LEGAL NOTICE)

MinoRevive is an over-the-counter cosmetic and wellness device designed solely to address secondary facial skin symptoms. It is NOT a medical device, and the information provided on this website does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • The statements regarding this device have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any dermal disease, hair-loss condition, or medical disorder.
  • Independent Active Ingredient Notice: Minoxidil is a generic active ingredient and chemical compound. MinoRevive is a completely independent cosmetic brand and is NOT affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any specific manufacturer, trademark owner, brand, or distributor of Minoxidil-based topical treatments or products.
  • MinoRevive does not alter, counteract, or interact with the chemical mechanics of Minoxidil or any other topical hair-growth treatments. It is designed exclusively to improve the appearance of the secondary cosmetic side effects on facial skin (such as under-eye dark circles, puffiness, and dehydration lines) caused by independent use of such treatments.
  • If you are using Minoxidil or any other topical chemical treatments, you acknowledge that individual skin sensitivities vary significantly. MinoRevive is not responsible for any adverse skin reactions, allergies, or issues resulting from your independent usage of topical products.
  • Consult with a licensed dermatologist or medical professional before incorporating any new electronic devices into your personal care routine. Your use of the device is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 2 - ONLINE STORE TERMS AND AGE ELIGIBILITY

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS, ACCURACY, AND PRICING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service or product variations without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the images and descriptions of our products. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5 - ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

Your electronic order confirmation, or any form of confirmation, does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or deny shipment to anyone for any reason. In the event we deny or cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment.

SECTION 6 - SMS/MMS MOBILE MARKETING PROGRAM & INDEMNIFICATION

By opting into our mobile messaging program, you consent to receive automated marketing and promotional text messages (such as checkout and abandoned cart reminders) at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and frequency varies. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message received.

Duty to Notify and Indemnify: If at any time you intend to stop using the mobile telephone number utilized to subscribe to the Program (including canceling your service plan or transferring the number to another party), you agree to complete the User Opt-Out process (replying STOP) prior to ending your use of the mobile number. You understand that your agreement to do so is a material part of these terms.

If you discontinue the use of your mobile number without notifying us, you agree that you will be responsible for all costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) and liabilities incurred by MinoRevive, or any third-party service provider acting on our behalf, as a result of claims brought by individuals later assigned that number under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, et seq., or similar state and federal laws.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (c) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate; (d) to submit false or misleading information; (e) to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; or (f) to scrape, crawl, spider, or track personal information of others.

SECTION 8 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The service and all products are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no case shall MinoRevive, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, skin irritation, damage, or loss of profits—arising from your use of the service or any product procured. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and shall not exceed the exact purchase price of the single unit purchased.

SECTION 9 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MinoRevive and our affiliates, partners, officers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Program, or your purchase shall be settled by binding, individual-only arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION PROCEEDING.
